Return & Refund Policy – Decorawalls
At Decorawalls, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original condition – unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
- The return request must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.
How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact us at decorawallspakistan@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note:
- The customer is responsible for securely returning the parcel.
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, a defective product, or the wrong item, contact us immediately. We'll assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Items damaged by the customer (unless supported by clear proof that the item arrived damaged).
- Sale or discounted items (including seasonal sales such as Summer, Winter, Eid, Stock Clearance, or Discount Code orders).
- Customized products made specifically to your request.
Note:
No return or refund is available for custom-made or personalized products.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please first request a return. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Important:
A 35% exchange fee based on the value of the original invoice will be applied for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved:
- A 30% deduction will be applied to the original amount.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to your preferred payment method.
Please allow 3 to 12 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected by your bank or credit card provider.
